Refund policy

At Organifam, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products. Since many of our products are perishable in nature, we request customers to carefully review this policy before placing an order.

In Case of Damaged Product

  • Organifam must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are required to share:
    • Order Number
    • Invoice image
    • Clear images of the damaged product
    • Unboxing video showing the damaged item
  • Upon verification, we will be happy to replace the affected product or provide an appropriate resolution.

In Case of Missing Product

  • Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers should provide:
    • Order Number
    • Invoice image
    • Image of the package received
    • Unboxing video showing all received items
  • Once verified, the missing product will be shipped at no additional cost.

In Case of Product Quality Concerns

  • If you believe a product has arrived spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order Number along with clear images or videos of the product.
  • Our team will investigate the issue and work towards a fair resolution.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of dairy and food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Requests raised after the specified reporting period

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Customers will be informed once the refund has been initiated.

Subscription Orders

For milk subscriptions and recurring deliveries:

  • Customers may pause, modify, or manage their subscriptions as per the subscription plan.
  • Refund requests for subscription orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
